At CA-SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury silk purchase; if your items aren't a perfect fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include their original tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your silk items and place them in the original shipping box along with the completed packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
